Limited Warranty

The Tovasty Friction Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. Warranty is for exchange of the defective product or redund of purchase value only.

Tovasty Friction warrants this product will be free of defects in material and workmanship at the time of sale. This limited warranty is limited to the exchange of the defective product and does not include rembursement for any costs in curred due to installation or removal. A defective product must be returned to Local Distributor within thirty (30) days of purchase along with proof of purchase.

This limited warranty is voided by:
1. Modification
2. Improper Installation
3. Any intentional misuse or damage to the product
4. Taxi / Hire-car
5. Racing, rally, drifting, track driving
6. Race use

Warranty is good for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase or 50,000km of highway use. Warranty does not cover brake noise due to improper installation / usage. Warranty does not cover daily wear-and-tear. Some brake pad systems cause pads to wear faster than others. It is recommended that calipers and rotors are cleaned during pad installation and/or replaced as required to ensure pad life.

Drive / users must assess the performance and durability of Tovasty Friction products themselves if being used under racing conditions. Pads are not formulated for track driving.
